Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Dundee Internet Services Inc acting as an ASP (Application Service Provider) for hosted WebBoard™ Solutions has the following Acceptable Use Policy (revised 01-22-10). This AUP is a guideline and is not an all-inclusive listing of prohibited conduct. Additionally Dundee Internet Services maintains the right to change the terms and conditions of the AUP without prior notice to the user. It is the responsibility of the user to regularly review this AUP.
Dundee Internet Services Inc goal is to assist all size businesses and organizations by providing the capability for its users to create a customizable forum environment, including but not limited to chat, file and photo sharing, email list, instant massage and hosted blogs.
Dundee Internet Services is under no obligation to supervise, monitor or moderate any interactive activity provided to WebBoard™ users on our servers. We specifically exclude our liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of any interactive service by a user in infringement of our content standards, whether the service is moderated or not.
WebBoard™ members should not at any time post or link to content that is considered “Offensive Content” for example content that:
- Violates trademark and or copyright law
- Is obscene or hateful
- Used to stalk or threaten
- Promotes violence
- Promotes any illegal activity
- Knowingly link to applications or websites that may be harmful to others computers.
Dundee Internet Services will decide, by our discretion, if the AUP has been breached. If a breach has occurred, we may take steps, as we believe appropriate, from shutting down your forums to canceling your contact. Willful and intentional violations of the Acceptable Use Policy are cause for immediate account termination. If any of these events takes place, you are still obligated to fulfill your monetary agreement as outlined by the terms of your agreement.
We do not accept contracts from known spammers and do not tolerate this use of our systems for the sending of unsolicited commercial email (UCE). Accounts found to intentionally violate this AUP are subject to immediate termination. If you intend to use our system to send UCE, go away now…we do not want your business.
